Should Certified inventor resources accept stupid inventions and try to charge you. Or should they tell you the truth and decline your money ?
Lets ask Mark Reyland ?
Mr Reyland, Would your certified medallion members take money for an invention so stupid and unmarketable ? No rite ? Wouldn't it be unethical to charge a 23 yr old new inventor for a totally stupid invention ? Yes rite ?
Now we all know all your sponsors and medallion members are monitored closely by you and the UIA to insure that they have the highest ethical standards. You do this to insure the safety of your members, so they don't fall for the scamming invention submission companies, Rite ?
What would happen to a medallion member or board member that has an invention service that tried to take money for a service that had absolutely no chance of getting on the market ?
What if they did not disclose their success rate as by law they have to do and sent you a contract to sign with payment method.
Should that company or board member be removed from your medallion list or board position. Yes rite ?
What do the inventors here think should be done with a company that tries to take money for an obviously stupid invention with NO chance of getting sold, something no one would by or use ?
What if 1 out of 4 medallion members accepted it, is that bad ? OK what if 2 out of 4 medallion members accepted it, is that bad yet ? Alright what if 3 out of 4 medallion members accepted it, would you say there's a problem ? What if 3/4 of the medallion members submitted to did this, Outraged yet ?
Remember these are UIA certified inventor safe companies, they would never do something like this, rite ?
Well I have the answer to all this, but first I want to here from you MR Reyland and our inventors, what should happen to the companies and companies own by board members if this happened ?
And should the Executive director and President be held responsible for allowing this to happen and promoting it ?
Please be heard as to what you think about certified medallion members, they are the most ethical in the industry, rite ?
After your comments, I will reveal my results

Hello,
I'm Mike Dekenuraz and I'm 23 yrs old and I have a new invention that will make us millions. It will serve several markets . Its a stick about 12" long with a small hook at the end, it can be sold in multiple colors and sold in pairs.
By single use it serves as a pointing instrument, coffee stirrer, back scratcher, phone dialing device, a germ free way to use the ATM when putting in your pen # and choosing options, or a conductors wand, and many other uses.
As a pair they can be used as knitting needles, chop sticks, drum sticks, or to put a woman hair in a bun .
The possibilities are endless and the money is endless. I now have the funds to pursue my invention and am ready to get started. Will your company be able to take me to the top, and do you have an interest in it.
You are the first company I'm trying but I am going to try others so please respond quickly. Please tell me if you are interested and how much to get going, I want you to do everything involved because its new to me.
Yours truly
Mike Dekenuraz

Dear Mike,
Per our conversation this morning, we have a full understanding of the
invention that you have sent into us. We understand the problems is solves
and the multiple uses as well as the possible materials they may be created
from.
The first step is the patent search, of course, because 90% of the patents
in existence are not on the market and you cannot copy someone identically.
Next, we could combine the last two steps of the process to get things done
quickly, if you like, but for today - let's do the search to see what is out
there.
Thank you,
Dave xxxxx

Dear Mike Dekenuraz,
I don't know too much about your product though it's sounds from your email that it would be useful and appealing to many. Careful research and consideration is required before we can know its full potential.
Best regards,

Dear Mike,
Thank you for contact Glober Design.
Sound like you have an intresting concept there.
Do you have any sketche of how would you like it generally to look like?
My company would definatly be able to further develope your concept.
We could help you design it to prototype, made 3D CAD model of you idea, find the right factory to make it, bring it to a patent pending status (provisional application) and introduce it to companies that sell on TV that may want to invest in it, if they indeed like the idea (they may not also).
Typaclly bringing a product throught ther stages I described above is roughtly around $5000. and is paid in stages according to our progress.
If this sounds like something you can handle, then we can continue with a phone conversation.
Sincerely,
Jonathan xxxxxxx,

Good Evening Mr. Dekenuraz,
I have reviewed your sketch and believe this would be an incredibly simple product to develop. Although it is no guarantee, I believe it can be a successful product. We can help you with each step of product development and aide you in the path to take for development steps. Would you like to schedule a meeting to speak further? I may also provide you with information regarding our services for your review.
Please let me know which you prefer.
Thank you for your time, I look forward to hearing from you
NOTE EVERYONE WAS SENT THE SAME SUBMISSION I POSTED ABOVE, ALL SENT CONTRACTS, ALL SENT PAYMENT METHOD REQUEST. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS SIGN AND PAY ! Theres is more corrispondence via email.
Im doing the job of the executive director, he should be checking their ethics and standards. So how far dose this unethical practice go at the UIA, well lets look at the leaders..Mark Reyland FALES CREDENTIALS, nothing on his bio is true about his success in the invention industry, ITS ALL LIES. Ive proven it many times yet he remains the executive director. Now this, 2 of the board members companies were going to take my money for an invention that had NO chance at success. And 1 medallion member too.
Only 1 out of 4 UIA medallion members submitted to did the rite thing and told me not to waste my money and to watch out for companies that want the money.
That company is Trident design owned by board member Chris Hawker, Maybe he should be the executive director, he is who he claims and has PROVEN ethics
Do we see a problem here ?
