Actually the blog post was not an attempt to degrade EN or anyone else. It mentions no names and has no links. If it appeared that way I apologize.....Again What it was, was simply an illustration of the addictive emotion inventors feel in this and many other facets of the inventing process – it’s no different outside of EN. What I do hope people realize is that although this process is one way to achieve some level of success. Historically inventors who are successful achieve it by educating themselves on the process of commercialization and understanding the many ways to take products to market. Then they develop a process that works for them, repeat it, and get very good at it. Maybe for some of you that’s EN. If EN works for you I think that’s great, and by all means keep at it. But while you’re checking your dashboard just take a little time to keep educating yourself on the processes – it can’t hurt. I am in no way anti EN, in fact Louis sits on the board of the UIA and EN is an active UIA member. I have however been critical in the past of what appears to be a lack of full disclosure on their part to the people participating. However, as with all companies who solicit money from inventors, we would like the inventor to have all the facts and be able to make informed decisions – that’s all. The United Inventors Association Helps Inventors Lose IP Rights ! BEWARE

After much reading where Mark Reyland of the United Inventors Association (UIA) publicly slams any crowd sourcing invention company as well as Edison Nation, we couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw him supporting and heavily promoting a start up of people who don’t appear to have a clue what they’re doing. Another crowd sourcing site called Fundageek.

We’d name the many he bashes but we rather not have them tied to his name and be subject to more Reyland stupidity.

Is this why Warren Tuttle, of Monashee Marketing, allows Mark Reyland to continue bashing companies who do the exact same thing as Fundageek? Did Warren, Mark and Roger Brown have these plans all along? Or is it more how that British website, A better Mousetrap, writes, the UIA is only Mark Reyland and nobody else?

We can`t help but think Reyland had his conman hands in this company as it started up. Seeing the Fundageek crew appear extremely green and claim they have much work to do to perfect their company, what better way to get his dirty hands in the company’s pocket?

Does Mark Reyland assure the Fundageek people as long as they stick with allowing the UIA (Mark)to speak for them, he won`t attack them publicly?

When asked what Mark Reyland (UIA) contributed to better Fundageek, one of the owners couldn`t answer the question. Was he told by Reyland NOT to answer? Probably.

Our guess is Mark Reyland approached them. It`s no secret Reyland wanted Edison Nation to hire him to review inventions, but they didn`t want him. He then reportedly slammed them by spending 80 plus hours a week trying to destroy them.

It`s no secret Mark Reyland has been approaching companies upon companies wanting them to hire him to review invention submissions also with zero luck. When he heard him judging a contest he looked so inexperienced and clearly had no idea what he was talking about. Remember, he doesn’t have any experience in actually inventing things. As Warren Tuttle put it, Reyland wasn’t hired for his experience; he was hired for his passion. WHAT? He was then told to change his UIA bio although it’s still BS.

What better way to view all the invention submissions than to find a green company, dazzle them with BS, like he did the board members of the UIA.

It looks like Mark Reyland has his hands in the pockets of inventors once again by teaming up with Fundageek. Are we surprised? absolutely not. The only surprising thing is Warren Tuttle not caring as long as Mark brings in business. The good news is inventors are getting smarter by the day and staying clear of Reyland and anything he`s involved in- sorry Fundageek.

How does Reyland claim Fundageek is So different from others? Wait for it...because they have it written on the site that publicly disclosing your invention COULD cause you to lose patent protection. Well wouldn’t Mr. Reyland just LOVE that considering we’ve seen documentation showing he’s an IP thief.

Let’s give an example here: If, like Reyland explains for inventors to do, you go and make a video to show your invention and ask for a little money to apply for protection (insert buzzer sound) TOO LATE! You just exposed your invention announcing you NEED protection and if someone like Mr. Reyland decided he wanted to now run out and protect it in his own name...totally legal J not ethical, but we all know Reyland has no idea what ethical means. The really ballsy part is Reyland acting as the protector of inventors, bashing other companies who do what Fundageek does, only better, while being of the UIA and explaining to inventors how to publicly disclose their invention and ask for protection money! HUH?!

It never takes anyone very long to realize they know more than Reyland and we’re sure Fundageek will be no different. Anyone can read how to be successful and recite it to others, but only a few can claim it from experience. Reyland has a library of books ;-)

Better make sure you do exactly as he says or you’ll be added to the stalking list of his. We’re watching it grow!

Reyland Threatens again & Runs the Housewares 2012 Show??

Inventor Roger Brown is after Nancy again. We think we agree with her about his obsession towards her after reading posts. He makes announcements on her behalf without permission and then claims it was all for her. Did she need his help? Would he do this same thing to a man? We all can probably figure out that answer. Trouble makers aren't difficult to see, especially when they're so obvious about it.

Now we have Mark Reyland talking about credentials. The one person we know doesn't have them, the guy who has to lie about credentials to act like he has done something in the industries.

So we should just let this thread be what is, being lead and posted by 2 con men.

Lets leave them to play and fantasize about credentials and trouble making ways.

Roger loves it when we respond, its how he plays his game, let him play with himself as I'm sure he is used to doing, and Mark Reyland help him.

Inventor Roger Brown Ignorant to women?

It's no secret Roger Brown helps Mark Reyland research and gain information on (stalk?)women Mark wants to verbally assault using public media, including forwarding private emails for Reyland to use and change to suit his needs but this public statement he writes going after a women's personal life pretty much says it all for us. He can also ASSUME he had made an ass of himself publicly, again. Roger, you do know some of the women you constantly google have trackers on their websites, right? This could be seen as obsessive.

..and we're not sure why Roger continues to ask for proof on everything. Prove it or it's a lie is his broken record statement. So much proof is posted about Reyland that anyone would have to be crazy not to see it as truth yet he still stands by Reyland.
Why does Roger Brown ask for proof when he never believes any of the proof posted? Makes no sense to us, does it to you? We feel there may be far more to this than we know. Smoke screens eventually dissipate!
**It's interesting to watch a man who claims to be a professional act like such a pissypants in public forums. A great lesson on how any business person should never act. He has claimed, in the past, to be so busy and have no time for this but he posts every few minutes for days on end! Is he really capable of having an intelligent conversation with real business people? We can't answer because the real business people we've asked wouldn't bother to take the time with him to find out.

We sit back and review a few of the many things wrong with this guy and have to ask the question. Why is he part of the UIA and why is Warren Tuttle okay with this all. Is Warren Tuttle of the same calibre as Mark Reyland? Makes you wonder what the rest of these board members are like, doesn`t it?

We're told the inventor memberships were not always free but since no inventor wanted to pay for it the UIA dropped the fee. We`d be curious to how many of those memberships are even active but without paying for it, there`s simply no way to tell. We`re almost positive it`s not what Mark Reyland claims.

We know MUCH more about Reyland including whom else he had plans to steal inventions from and the mistakes he made while dropping his guard looking for others he could trust to join what he wanted to create.  

We were sent another interesting link to follow along with. Someone seems a little unstable. We bet you can guess who we're talking about. How does this guy look in the mirror or sleep at night with all the craziness he pulls on people! 

Some have metioned how Mark Reyland must be rich with the UIA paying very little. We believe Reyland has always been unemplyed with his family financially supporting him while he spend his hours in his basement office looking for new ways to con people out of their hard earned money. Maybe he should be forced off his computer, out of chatrooms and go get a job.  It would save so many people so much heart ache.

Mark Reyland FORCED to Remove MOST of Unproven Bio?

We're working on it for our loyal readers but it may appear with all the noise Troy, Derek, Nancy and John are making, this may just be true.

A couple of weeks back we read how John Young asked Warren Tuttle if he wrote a letter and posted it under the UIA name on Linkedin. Turns out it was Mark Reyland parading as Warren Tuttle behind it all. Now THAT was a surprise (not really)

Next, John wrote Mark Reyland didn't show anyone any credentials! WHAT?! The UIA put him in position over a few words which were complete BS?!? It now appears to be exactly what happened. Reyland's bio has shrunk and the only thing he really claims is many retail products. There's only one problem with this. We can't find any. Maybe he negotiated with Warren Tuttle about what he would be willing to take down as long as he can keep claiming a little BS.

John also reports Reyland still claims rights to inventions he clearly has no rights to. Now isn't THAT  CLEAR product theft? He claims he has rights because he wants money. LOL- don't we all! The sad part is it's reported Mark Reyland didn't put any of his own money into any invention and the business partners who did gave the inventor her rights back to her product. Sorry again Reyland...another lie.

Here Goes The Mark Mouth Again

Here goes Reyland twisting things around again for his own fictional use. Seems his favorite past time is to alter documents and use them as he pleases. Isn't this illegal? Warren Tuttle may not care Mark Reyland takes his letter and adds to it without Warren Tuttle knowing anything about it but the rest of us do and now we ask why Warren Tuttle is the president of an organization when it may appear he has zero managment skills when pertaining to Reyland. if he knows nothing of what is going on should he even be a president of that company? (scroll down to see the original document and the one altered by Reyland)

Mark Reyland is just trying to make it appear others are being threatened to take away from his own threats on others. Like the ones he had deleted after he posted. We see the pattern. When Reyland is caught doing sopmething he likes to shine light on others doing the same, unfortunately for him it never works because it's never the truth. Also see the sidebar where Reyland was caught stalking another woman. We believe there are 4 or 5 women he has publicly stalked now. We're sure there are more we haven't heard about.

Mark T. R. • Just so people know – “Texas Colander :)-“is Robison’s way of intimidating an inventor in Texas that he has been stalking for some time now. By placing that line in his signature he is putting her on notice that he’s still watching her – That’s what Stalkers do, they intimidate and scare people. I don’t know who “North Carolina Library” is but I would bet it’s another stalking victim.

These people are criminals and you should stay as far away from them as possible. If they contact you off line notify the police. I am not the only one they do this to, and it could be you next.

We feel this shows he plans to stalk Nancy and attempt to cut off all avenues of her public speaking as a successful inventor. We see evidence to suggest successful women really upset Reyland.
