Oh...Now I get it

We often get questions from people about the UIA and what we do. So from time to time we remind people of the basics.

The United Inventors Association of America is the largest inventor organization of its kind in the United States. With over 14,000 members you're in good company, and Inventor education is always 100% free.

We can assure you there are NOT 14,000 members. The UIA sends out 14,000 emails that end up in the trash bin.

 

As a nonprofit 501c(3) Educational Foundation we don't get involved in deals with inventors, we don't represent inventors, we don't charge inventors, or sell them books, or coaching, or anything else. We focus the power of the professionals in the industry to get you the knowledge you need and the opportunities to get in front of the right industry people.

The above statement is all Bull Shit. The UIA is all about money from sponsors and representing inventors. Lets look at how Invention Home & Submitmyidea.com make money off inventors. Their business model's a Bait & Switch scheme. By the way you will see Russell Williams owns Invention Home & submitmyidea.com plus he's a UIA Board Member.

And when we're not doing that, we give you a voice in the halls of congress on issues that affect you. Issues like the pro-bono patent program,  the inventor protection act, and the currently being developed Patent small claims court.

Oh and when Mark Reyland isn't in the halls of Congress he's reverse engineering some inventors idea just like he did with Lesia Farmer and he Trap Door Colander she Licensed to LifeTime Brands,He use to invent in his dark little basement in Ohio until his wife kicked his ass out of the house for being a LOOSER & CONMAN. Reyland's told everyone his wife ran off with a church cult leader. We no that's not the case at all.

 

There are hundreds of hard working, dedicated people involved in the UIA, all serving you, the independent inventor.  Many of us have been where you are, and we're happy to help you on your journey any way we can.

That's funny ,hundreds of hard working people, yeah right. Maybe if you were to count all Mark Reyland's multiple personalities there are 100.

 

Much of the information you need as an inventor is out there free of charge, you just have to find it and use it.

Mark Reyland and his FALSE Allegations

 Does this look like someone who is telling the truth about any stalking charges? Would you openly write like this with a pending 3 year investigation (previous claim)? The many emails we receive daily all agree this does not add up, like the many claims of Mark Reyland, UIA (United Inventor's Association of America). Maybe Mark Reyland is using UIA funds for things he doesn't want to claim but claims the costs under, stalking investigation? LOL we wouldn't be surprised given his carnival personality of his past behaviour! Someone give this clown a job...PLEASE!

We heard someone may be contacting the Internal Revenue, It's time they check out this UIA Non-For-Profit Organisation and their fearless CONMAN leader. It wont be long before the Buzzards start to flock together and hover all over this clown.

Mark T. Reyland • Oh...all four nut jobs show up for this one. Just to make sure everyone knows who you guys are - these are the people (Troy XOX, John XOX, Derek XOX and Nancy XOX ) whose group has spent the last several years harassing the UIA and stalking our members. They have been banned from almost every inventor group on the internet.

WINK,WINK Exposes Inventor Roger Brown

Inventor Roger Brown picks his toys up out from the sandbox then runs away with his tail between his legs after John Young exposes that someone "WINK,WINK" sent him a email about Roger. The email indicted Roger Brown did get paid by the UIA for his trip to the Housewares show in Chicago. Roger sent Nancy Tedeschi an email months ago telling her he didnt get paid for his expenses. We knew Roger got paid and it was only a matter of time before "WINK WINK" tossed his ass under the Little Yellow Bus.

Roger is not a UIA Staff member, and the UIA paid for travel expenses ONLY to have him help our staff at the House Wares Show and answer questions for inventors about their journey. He did a great job, and the inventors loved him.

That money comes from the UIA Inventor Education Fund and was money well spent. Roger volunteered his time and we thank him for that….

Were sure Roger decide to pick up his toys and leave when Gizmo posted Louis Foreman and Matt Spangard's email address when John told Roger he was thinking about sending Louis an email with all of Roger's BS post. By the way Louis and Matt own Edison Nation and is Roger's boss. Roger sits in his little E.N cubical during the day posting away on the LinkedIn threads while getting paid. Now thats one hell of a job. When he leaves the office for the day he heads to his WITTLE Motel room in Lancaster South Carolina to to keep the fight going with John. Someone called Roger the keyboard Cowboy a few weeks back. that really made us laugh.He really screwed up by getting into a pissing match with John Young. John turned this guy upside down when he stayed calm and didnt loose his cool.

Actually the blog post was not an attempt to degrade EN or anyone else. It mentions no names and has no links. If it appeared that way I apologize.....Again What it was, was simply an illustration of the addictive emotion inventors feel in this and many other facets of the inventing process – it’s no different outside of EN. What I do hope people realize is that although this process is one way to achieve some level of success. Historically inventors who are successful achieve it by educating themselves on the process of commercialization and understanding the many ways to take products to market. Then they develop a process that works for them, repeat it, and get very good at it. Maybe for some of you that’s EN. If EN works for you I think that’s great, and by all means keep at it. But while you’re checking your dashboard just take a little time to keep educating yourself on the processes – it can’t hurt. I am in no way anti EN, in fact Louis sits on the board of the UIA and EN is an active UIA member. I have however been critical in the past of what appears to be a lack of full disclosure on their part to the people participating. How long have you been in this industry Mark? A long time.

How many products do you have on store shelves? Many products on many shelves in many countries.

What trade journals are you featured in with your inventions Mark? Stop stalking me.

What products have you invented Mark? Stalking is a criminal offense.

 Where are your inventions being sold Mark? We’re documenting your actions and working with the FBI and other authorities to bring cyber stalking charges against you.

(Please let us not forget how he emailed a company to claim one inventor was about to be indicted by the FBI and RCMP on organized crime and stalking charges. Proven a lie)

What credentials make you a good choice for the executive director of the UIA Mark? We’re copying everything you write (in an open and public forum) to PDF files and collecting your computer IP address for authorities and if you keep getting in my way I will be forced to use Hand to Hand Combat on you.

 How many products have you brought to the retail market Mark? Cyber stalking is a criminal offense.

Where are your patents you claim to have worldwide protection on Mark when all we find are abandoned PPAs?  I don’t have to prove anything to anyone; I have asked you repeatedly to stop stalking me.

Why do you offer products for sale that you have no rights to? No answer.

Actually Mark, the UIA is a non profit organization which means it’s open to public scrutiny. Inventors have the right to ask what credentials you have when you claim them and you should have to answer the questions. There have been no warnings against Absolutely New even though you claim in private conversations that you booted them out. So, big guy, Why not state it publicly. Isn’t this what you claim the UIA is for? Warning inventors about the bad guys? Or is it more your own personal little fun group where you bully small companies from the comfort of your dowdy basement office decorated with empty fast food containers and write hurtful things about them while posting pictures of whomever you like on your blog of anger attempting to destroy lives? Let`s remember Mark Reyland`s blog used to be his personal blog where nobody went to read. He then figured he could gain traffic by changing the name to the UIA blog. Now the UIA needs to be held responsible for all the garbage he writes against people for personal gain and sick entertainment.

From the information we've gathered our opinion is Mark Reyland,inventor Roger Brown and Lesia Farmer "Demise"= Johnny Franklin. Seems Mark may have a thing for Johnny`s. From Johnny Gee to Johnny Franklin.

Will the United Inventors Association Vote in ANOTHER CONMAN to replace Warren Tuttle?

United Inventors Association’s President Warren Tuttle will be leaving his position soon. All votes for his President’s position had to be in by November 15^th   2011. Were wondering if the UIA Members will vote in someone that has a “REAL NON MADE UP RESUME” this time around.

It’s was pretty obvious the UIA Board Members didn’t due the Proper Due Diligence on Mark Reyland’s Resume/Background he claims to have. 

We find it interesting the votes need to be emailed in PDF format to admin@uiausa.org.  Mark Reyland will be getting the votes since he is the administrator & Executive Director. Doesn’t that mean he can delete votes without anyone knowing about it?  Will the person voted in have a Previous relationship with Reyland ?

Reyland’s buddy Inventor Roger Brown stated on one of the LinkedIn groups he would not be accepting the position. Maybe Gizmo held his feet to the fire forcing him to re-think things just in case he was offered the position.  Let’s see if Kenny Durham from Innovators Warehouse is in the running for the position. He is another one of Reyland’s buddy’s.

Whoever is voted in as the UIA President will hopefully look at all the info that has been presented that clearly proves Mark Reyland is a Liar and CONMAN.

The New UIA President will have his/her feet held to the fire to investigate Reyland.

Habitual Liar?

This is now out in the open for all to see. We guess the inventor had enough of Mark posting her picture up and calling her and her friends stalkers.

AGAIN this proves Reyland a liar. Is anyone keeping count of how many lies he's been caught in with proof to back it up? As many people know, liars have a difficult time remembering what lie they told who and always are eventually caught. The crazy part is when they keep moving onto the next lie. It's becoming as clear as day who the unstable person most likely is. As was written by the inventor: how can Reyland be reporting the 3 inventors to the FBI and RCMP for stalking his family and contacting them via email sending them links about Mark when he announced quite a while back just how his family really found out!

I wanted you all to know that I have left EN but not because of you. I’m leaving EN because of my family. I was struck pretty hard when my daughter called me crying and asked if I was okay. One of her friends had come across EN and sent her a link to these postings, she read much of what you all wrote, and it hurt her deeply - as it did my wife.

I have worked hard to help inventors, and in fact I have helped most of you. Taking my time and in many cases spending my own money to help people find a little success. Obviously you all feel I have wronged you in some way, and that’s ok. What I would ask you to do is take a moment and remember the ways I have helped you.

Please understand in the future when you wage war against someone publicly you hurt not only them, but the people who care about them.

Good luck to you all, and I wish you much success with your inventing.
