Mark Reyland "Oh Now do You Get It"?

This was posted by Mark Reyland on the UIA Blog. We find it interesting.

Wednesday, June 26

Oh...Now I get it

We often get questions from people about the UIA and what we do. So from time to time we remind people of the basics.

The United Inventors Association of America is the largest inventor organization of its kind in the United States. With over 14,000 members you're in good company, and Inventor education is always 100% free.
We can assure you there are NOT 14,000 members. The UIA sends out 14,000 emails that end up in the trash bin.

As a nonprofit 501c(3) Educational Foundation we don't get involved in deals with inventors, we don't represent inventors, we don't charge inventors, or sell them books, or coaching, or anything else. We focus the power of the professionals in the industry to get you the knowledge you need and the opportunities to get in front of the right industry people.
The above statement is all Bull Shit. The UIA is all about money from sponsors and representing inventors. Lets look at how Invention Home & Submitmyidea.com make money off inventors. Their business model's a Bait & Switch scheme. By the way you will see Russell Williams owns Invention Home & submitmyidea.com plus he's a UIA Board Member.

And when we're not doing that, we give you a voice in the halls of congress on issues that affect you. Issues like the pro-bono patent program,  the inventor protection act, and the currently being developed Patent small claims court.
Oh and when Mark Reyland isn't in the halls of Congress he's reverse engineering some inventors idea just like he did with Lesia Farmer and he Trap Door Colander she Licensed to LifeTime Brands,He use to invent in his dark little basement in Ohio until his wife kicked his ass out of the house for being a LOOSER & CONMAN. Reyland's told everyone his wife ran off with a church cult leader. We no that's not the case at all.

There are hundreds of hard working, dedicated people involved in the UIA, all serving you, the independent inventor.  Many of us have been where you are, and we're happy to help you on your journey any way we can.
That's funny ,hundreds of hard working people, yeah right. Maybe if you were to count all Mark Reyland's multiple personalities there are 100.

Much of the information you need as an inventor is out there free of charge, you just have to find it and use it.
Really free of charge Mr. Reyland. If that's the case why is Russell Williams pulling off a Bait & Switch on inventors

Mark Reyland's Headstone Reads "CONMANS FAKE RESUME"

Wow this Circus Clown "Mark Reyland sure is proud of himself.

Since he didnt finish the rest of the sentence we will.

Inventor Roger Brown Looks like a FOOL Once AGAIN

John Young really Slapped  Mr Brown again.

Roger Brown • Actually John I was responding to your responses. I can't help you had trouble answering. And it was you who took it in another direction not me. That was your fault not mine. No, I am not a UIA Staff member. I have answered questions on licensing for them so have others that have experience in diferent fields. There are some patent attorneys that respond to those types of questions as they have time. I also am a moderator and contributer for Inventorspot.com,answer a number of questions here on Linkedin and a number of different blogs, I answer questions on a number of forums and write articles for blogs, Inventor's Digest magazine and do speaking engagements on inventing and licensing. I have never denied doing any of those. It is you and your buddies that try and make something sinister out of it.
Your turn Troy , are you doing the patent searches for John's company? Will you be listed on their ewebsite showing your credentials?

john YoungOK Roger,

I'm faking that email Huh, if you are saying that, I'm publicly calling you a liar. And will prove the email is real by forwarding it to anyone that wants to see proof that you are a LIAR and not to be trusted.

IF you are saying that I faked that email, you have just been caught in a lie to these inventors.

If anyone would like to see proof that Roger Brown is lying about being a UIA staff member, email me at tandjyoung@att.net and I will forwarded you the email as proof of my claims.

Also Roger stands beside the UIA and what these companies tried to do to the stick invention, All I had to do was sign the contract and pay,and I was riped off by UIA accredited medallion member companies. The same UIA that is supposed to be looking out for the inventors wanted to take my money for a stupid invention just as the other rip off companies did.

If these companies are going to sue me for what they did, that was totally unethical. You don't have to worry. Let me worry and you can answer the question.

THE question is, what do YOU think of what the UIA companies tried to do, they wanted to take money from an inventor with absolutely no chance of getting to market ?

Was it the correct think to do, yes or no?
Do you approve of them doing this , yes or no ?

If you don't answer this, then its obvious that you don't want to say how you feel about it, because it will go badly for them. Or you approve of what and how they did it and you could careless about the inventors and wont answer because you don't want them angry with you because you stand with them.

Answer it for all to see how you really feel and who you really are. Don't worry about a law suite because your answer wont be used in court, its an opinion and not relevant to any law suite, so don't use that as an excuse.

Get ready everyone the dancing clown show will now begin. Because he WILL NOT answer the question !

Then Gizmo turns Roger upside down with his Edible Sneakers concept. Roger ran like a scared pussy cat and never answered.
Troy RobisonRoger,
What exactly does your statement below mean?

"I am not getting involved in that issue since it will most likely end up in civil litigation with you"
A Civil Litigation,,,,really Roger. How could that be Mr Brown? Im sure you can re-site the American Inventors Protection Act word for word since you post it all over different forums and have wrote articles about Inventor Submission Companys. If you think the Company's that wanted to help John for MONEY have any recoarse against him it pretty much proves you dont understand the rules of the Protection Act.

Once the Company's sent John the contract to sign they need to give there success rate.....That wasnt done by any of them. Chris Hawker from Trident Design was the only one that stepped up to the plate and didnt throw a curve ball to the Inventor......

Hats off to Chris and his firm "Trident Design" !

Roger BrownAs I said before "I am not getting involved in that issue since it will most likely end up in civil litigation with you"
What is hard to understand about that? Is my answer the answer you want NO. Does it have to be the answer you want NO. I prefer to let the situation work its self out without my involvement. You may like spending your time in court, I have better things to do with my time. I do appreciate you giving my answering so much weight.

Troy RobisonRoger,You dont need to get involved with John's issue.

Lets look at it this way. If another Inventor invented an Edible Pair of Sneaker's out of Fruit RollUps and the lace eyelets dissolved in your mouth not the shoes or your hands and tasted like M&M'S ,Would it be ok for A,B,C or D, Inventor Submission Companys to tell the Inventor they have a good idea with their sneakers. Then they send the Inventor a contract to sign asking for money. Do they need to supply their success rate with the contract. Keep in mind once they send the contract their asking the inventor to sign a legal document.

At that point wouldnt the American Inventors Protection Act FEDERAL RULES kick in? Since you love to recite the act and rules this should be an easy question for you to answer. If your alittle rusty remembering how the act reads Google it then come back and answer.

Both of us know the Sneakers would never fly in retail and make the inventor any money. Dont We.......With that being said what are your thoughts?

Roger the info below was written by you roughly one yr ago........Do you have a change of Heart these days......

Look at what these companies are REQUIRED to share with you (IN WRITING) BEFORE you spend money with them. If they change the subject or try and not give you what is REQUIRED by LAW, WHY WOULD YOU USE THEM? It’s YOUR money you are wasting by not doing a little research.

The AIPA requires invention promoters (i.e., those who provide “invention promotion services”) to disclose a number of things in writing, prior to entering into a contract for invention promotion services. These are:
(1) the total number of inventions evaluated by the invention promoter for commercial potential in the past 5 years, as well as the number of those inventions that received positive evaluations, and the number of those inventions that received negative evaluations;
(2) the total number of customers who have contracted with the invention promoter in the past 5 years, not including customers who have purchased trade show services, research, advertising, or other nonmarketing services from the invention promoter, or who have defaulted in their payment to the invention promoter;
(3) the total number of customers known by the invention promoter to have received a net financial profit as a direct result of the invention promotion services provided by such invention promoter;
(4) the total number of customers known by the invention promoter to have received license agreements for their inventions as a direct result of the invention promotion services provided by such invention promoter; and
(5) the names and addresses of all previous invention promotion companies with which the invention promoter or its officers have collectively or individually been affiliated in the previous 10 years.

http://www.edisonnation.com/forums/other/topics/giving-up-on-entrepeneurship
It would be a HUGE mistake for any one of the Inventor Submission Companys to take Legal action on John Young. If they do you can bet it will end up taking the UIA and Warren Tuttle down.
Were sure Roger Brown's creating damage for Edison Nation/Enventys Business Model now that he's on their team.

Would YOU Donate to IP Theives?

The United Inventor's Association blog (AKA Mark Reyland, AKA Johnny Franklin, AKA Johnny Gee AKA too many to list both male and female) asks for donations.
How becoming of an organization to post the picture of a small child and then beg for money  so Mark Reyland, who has been proven time and time again NOT to have any successful products can educate you by travelling around on your dime, managing to escape his dark basement office corner. Donate to him so he can recite some teaching from books, blogs and Internet sites he's read from. The very same things you can find for yourself. We all know he can’t teach from experience.
Raise money for Mark Reyland so you too can have your invention stolen and placed publicly as a UIA (United Inventor's Association) asset! HUH? Wait a minute! The funny part is it STILL has the inventor’s name on it!

1.     [PDF]

You +1'd this publicly. Undo

Scroll down on this blog and you can hear from Mark Reyland's own lawyer how Reyland has no rights to it. We also read he has fundageek listed as a UIA asset. Does Fundageek know this or was this planned all along?

Why is the UIA acquiring assets from inventors without the inventors’ knowledge or permission?

Has Mark Reyland turned the UIA into IP thieves?

We’ll find out.

Until then...would you donate money to IP thieves? Until we see this addressed, EVERY single board member needs to take responsibility for Mark Reyland stealing inventions and listing them as “owned” by the United Inventor’s Association!
He always did have a plan to take down the UIA. Maybe he had plans to take it down from the inside?
The information against Mark Reyland is staggering!

FundaGeek & Conman Mark Reyland Gets Questioned By Inventor On LinkedIn

WOW...This crowd funding thing is launching like a rocket. But people need to know how best to use it.

Inventor John Young's Digging in the Rats Nest AGAIN,

john Young

The other is { The Flip Sided Quilting Rulers }, I contacted the inventor and apparently you DO NOT have the contract on that either, another fraudulent claim . NOT selling in retail. Again in violation of the UIA code of ethics.

Reyland posted this on Edison Nation about a year ago!
UPDATE: Since I wrote this (several months ago) we have licensed the entire line of FlipSide (www.flipsiderulers.com) quilting rulers to a manufacturer in California, and 4 additional quilting products I developed for my quilting friends to the largest quilting products manufacturer in the world (Prym Dritz). The lesson here is that sometimes you have to immerse yourself in the consumer’s world to truly understand what they want.

The REAL lesson here is BEWARE of Mark Reyland. Everything that comes out of his MOUTH is Bull$hit!

We wonder what Inventor Roger Brown thinks of his Buddy Reyland now! Louis Foreman & Matt Spangard from EDISON NATION/ENVENTYS need to take Brown down to the closest river and wash his Dirty Face & Hands off  after playing with Conman Reyland!

               http://www.edisonnation.com/posts?q=flipside+rulers&commit=Search

The other { Nova eye glass pads } you have listed as patented. A utility patent. but my searching cant find any such patent. Anyway can you get a utility patent on eye glass pad's ? And again they are NOT selling in retail. Here's the link to that :

                               http://www.matchproduct.com/Products/Detail/640

If there is no patent on the Nova eye glass pad"s, Once more a fraudulent claim, and in violation of the UIA code of ethics.

Now your { Twist Cap"s },where are they selling. No where that I can find in retail, and they have no IP protection as none of your other products do.

Actually only 2 products are yours as far as I know. and NONE are selling in retail as you claim on your biography, yet again a fraudulent claim. And inviolation of UIA code of ethics.

{ In addition to his role with the UIA, Mr. Reyland is an accomplished inventor with {{many retail products on the market }}, and CEO of Obvious Ideas LLC, a Cincinnati based Product Development Company. }

So there's 4 violations of the UIA's code of ethics by the Executive Director
Mark Reyland.

UIA Code of Ethics
# I. Personal and Professional Integrity

All staff, board members, members, and volunteers of the United Inventors Association (UIA) act with honesty, integrity and openness in all their dealings as representatives of the UIA. The UIA promotes a working environment that values respect, fairness and integrity.

II. Governance

The UIA has an active governing body that is responsible for setting the mission and strategic direction of the UIA and oversight of the finances, operations, and policies of
the UIA. The governing body:
# 2 Ensures that its board members have the requisite skills and experience to carry out their duties and that all members understand and fulfill their governance duties acting for the benefit of the UIA and its public purpose;

Is responsible for the electing and regular review of the performance of the president,
Ensures that the president and executive director provide the governing body with timely and comprehensive information so that the governing body can effectively carry
out its duties
# 3 Ensures that the UIA conducts all transactions and dealings with integrity and honesty

# 4 Ensures that the UIA promotes working relationships with the president, executive director, board members, service providers, and members that are based on mutual respect, fairness and openness;

Ensures that the UIA is fair and inclusive in its hiring and promotion policies and
practices for all staff and volunteer positions
Ensures that policies of the UIA are in writing, clearly articulated and officially adopted;
Ensures that the resources of the UIA are responsibly and prudently managed; and,
Ensures that the UIA has the capacity to carry out its programs effectively.

I was just wondering about this.

Problem is it was wrong to put Mark Reyland in the Provisional patent application to begin with and they both knew it!  We found the following on YouTube:

United Inventors Association.....TROUBLE

Knives out for US inventor service company CEO

Trouble at t' US invention mill

Inventors and bar-room brawl aficionados could do worse than look in on this discussion forum – at the time of writing, 258 comments and rising fast – where several members of the United States inventor community are busy smashing furniture and filling the air with oaths, accusations, passion, libel, illiteracy and incoherence. The title of the discussion – reproduced here exactly as written – is:

Would You Call DAVIDSON INVENTION SUBMISSION COMPANY..” One Of Your OWN “. And Praise Them For Biulding A Cool Place With Inventor RIP OFF MONEY.

Explanation follows, but the capitals alone give some sense of the pressure about to blow.
The focus of it all is Mark Reyland, CEO of the United Inventors Association of America. He wrote a blog piece praising well-known US inventor services outfit Davison (not Davidson). They, it appears, are not held in high esteem by inventor John Young, who then kicked off the discussion. Hence the title.
But forget Davison. John Young’s main target is Mark Reyland. Why? The precise reason is unclear to say the least, but the direction of travel of John’s loathing is beyond doubt. And it’s evidently shared by other US inventors.
                           Inventors united against United Inventors
We can’t say we’re too surprised at the strength of feeling. Mark Reyland has recent form in the UK thanks to his worthless and time-wasting (non)sponsorship of Simon Brown’s Inventor Forum (see earlier post).

What seems to be happening now is that several US inventors who also have a bone to pick with Reyland are jointly challenging him to justify his claim to be a big wheel in the US inventor services world, and to respond to a number of allegations of sharp practice.

To give Reyland his due, he’s willing to answer back: but in more than one name, never to the point, and in an irrational and provocatively ad hominem manner that merely adds fuel to the fire.
Unfortunately – or fortunately, if it’s entertainment you’re after – several of his adversaries can easily match his inflammatory ramblings and taunts with their own, which makes the ‘discussion’ somewhat difficult to follow. (An honourable exception is inventor and entrepreneur Nancy Tedeschi, who is doing her patient best to get answers from Mark Reyland by asking nicely. With no success whatsoever.)
Inventor services company in name only?
Throwing all legal caution to the winds (when in Rome…), our own take on the shenanigans is this:
First, the United Inventors Association of America may be more smoke and mirrors than reality. Despite its ‘board of directors’ we’d bet that for all practical purposes UIA is Mark Reyland and no one else.

Second, Mark Reyland is a paranoid fantasist who mistakenly thinks he’s very clever in his use of multiple personalities and other forms of fakery to keep his plates spinning.
Yes, it’s that bad.

One can speculate on how many screws might be loose, but our guess is that for Mr Reyland the priority is seeking attention, not making money. And boy, is he getting a lot of attention right now. That probably makes him a happy, if disturbed, bunny while leaving his more mercurial adversaries raging and frothing impotently. Thus, stalemate rather than checkmate.

Our own ten pennorth of advice was to have UIA tax returns checked for any irregularities. That’s how they got Al Capone, after all. But Capone had assets. We suspect that any serious investigation of UIA will discover that it has no real substance, which might account for the inability so far for critics to deliver a knockout blow.

Other than that, starving the man of attention will probably have more effect than feeding him yet more of the oxygen of publicity that he craves. But as other posters seem unable to get that message, fat chance of a speedy end to all the increasingly futile exchanges. This show will run and run!
Do we have an equivalent situation in the UK? Not that we know of. But when it comes to unanswered questions there is always Nesta, which will be the subject of our next post

WHAT????

Reyland making more accounts for the UIA on Linkedin? No connections but has a load of love for Reyland.
After we saw him publicly threaten an inventor named Nancy, we knew he'd delete those posts. Not just that but emergency damage control was now needed. We read a letter which appeared to be written by Warren Tuttle ONLY to have one of the inventors show the original letter containing only HALF of what Mark Reyland posted. Did Reyland truly add the entire first half of this letter and pass it off as Warren Tuttle writing it? Praising how lucky the inventing industry is to have Mark? This is insane!

We're following along. The letter was posted then deleted by one UIA account then ANOTHER UIA account pops up out of nowhere posting this letter again!

Busted for adding words to an existing letter of Warren Tuttles? Well, we can write this isn't the first time Reyland has taken writing of others and changed it around to suit his needs so why would we be surprised?

We have a feeling nobody knows what's going on at the virtual office of the UIA including the board members!!

Now here is the one we suggest Mark Reyland may have added his own TWIST to. If this is true we wonder how Roger Brown feels about Mark now? How does Bonnie Kak ( oops we mean Kaake) feel about Mark now? How does Warren Tuttle feel being another victim of Mark's manipulation and lies?

Will the United Inventors Association Vote in ANOTHER CONMAN to replace Warren Tuttle?

United Inventors Association’s President Warren Tuttle will be leaving his position soon. All votes for his President’s position had to be in by November 15th   2011. Were wondering if the UIA Members will vote in someone that has a “REAL NON MADE UP RESUME” this time around.

It’s was pretty obvious the UIA Board Members didn’t due the Proper Due Diligence on Mark Reyland’s Resume/Background he claims to have.

We find it interesting the votes need to be emailed in PDF format to admin@uiausa.org.  Mark Reyland will be getting the votes since he is the administrator & Executive Director. Doesn’t that mean he can delete votes without anyone knowing about it?  Will the person voted in have a Previous relationship with Reyland ?

Reyland’s buddy Inventor Roger Brown stated on one of the LinkedIn groups he would not be accepting the position. Maybe Gizmo held his feet to the fire forcing him to re-think things just in case he was offered the position.  Let’s see if Kenny Durham from Innovators Warehouse is in the running for the position. He is another one of Reyland’s buddy’s.

Whoever is voted in as the UIA President will hopefully look at all the info that has been presented that clearly proves Mark Reyland is a Liar and CONMAN.
The New UIA President will have his/her feet held to the fire to investigate Reyland.
You can count on it .

BUSTED! AGAIN!

We’ve read the recent blog post where Mark names and shows pictures of stalkers (his words, not ours) and claims they go after his family. Not only did we not believe this at the time but we’ve JUST received  an email containing evidence Mark is the one doing this to the very people he claims is stalking him!

                                                            Look Who’s Stalking Now!

On Oct.18 2011 An email was sent to one of these victim's spouse’s place of employment naming the employee and stating their spouse is a stalker and including a link to Mark Reyland’s blog where he rants about them being so. The weird thing was this person who sent the email also stole Troy Robison’s identity to create an fictional email account to send it with! Does this get crazier? Yes it does. The victim forwarded the email to Warren Tuttle, President of the UIA USA who then forwarded it to Mark Reyland asking if he had anything to do with it. Of course, he said “no” and proceeded to email the victim stating the FBI and police were hunting them down for stalking him. Thank My American stars the FBI takes time away from National security to chase down inventors who are upsetting Mark Reyland.
We guess Mark didn’t bank on what happened next.

Analytics (see below)Can you guess who it is? He's one of the only people who knew this spouse’s name and what they did for a living. He landed on the website after searching “spouse name, residence”.

Once on the spouse’s company website, he searched through the pages to gather company contact information. Then an email was sent through the company contact form page using Troy Robison's name. Information has been obtained and the real stalking victim is now looking into legal options against the UIA if they do not do something about executive director, Mark Reyland. All we can say now is WOW! Looks like Reyland continues to hurt people and make lives hell everywhere he goes!

We’ve read where Troy Robison has asked for proof from Reyland, showing he has sent such emails to Mark's family before but Reyland has none because it never happened and looking at Mark's long history of lies and deceit, we expect him to continue with his criminal activites. This particular inventor has the proof to show Mark Reyland is by every sense of the word a cyber Stalker!

There was one visitor from Ohio in the last 2 days that spent 23 minutes on the site.

www.ohiobiz.com/southwest-ohio/Distinctive-Occasions... - United StatesCached
8046 Putting Green Ln West Chester, OH 45069. Contact: Mark Reyland

Please remember why Reyland is stalking these inventors and read what he is so desparately trying to shift the attention from here   http://adealwithmarkreyland.blogspot.com/ and we see no evidence that anyone is trying to take down the UIA. If you click to the beginning of this blog, you'll see where Mark was the one actually attempting to take down the UIA. Who knows, maybe he still is by stalking and committing crimes with the UIA letter head attached to his emails.

One thing we do know for sure is that Mark is losing it by posting in public forums along with his friend, inventor Roger Brown. This by no means is a form of damage control for the United Inventors Association. It's more as though he has decided, if he has to go down, he's dragging the entire UIA with him!
He's be better off publicly addressing the allegations against him than simply trying to scream louder.

Any non- profit organization has the following.Scrutiny by the public: Another disadvantage is public scrutiny. Because a nonprofit organization is dedicated to the public, your finances are open to public inspection. This means that the public can obtain copies of your tax returns and find out your salaries and other expenditures.
A nonprofit organization "belongs" to the public at large. http://jameschestnut.com/issues01nonprofit.html
In other words, if Mark Reyland wants to be part of OUR company, we have right to do background checks on him and expose him for what he is.  Want to be a public figure, then deal with the public scrutiny and transparency.

Control Freak? or just another spoiled brat!

Have you read the latest rant in Mark Reyland’s angry blog? People report to only read what he writes for the same reason they can’t help themselves when at the grocery checkout reading the covers of trash magazines. Part boredom part entertainment.

We’ll use first names only because we don’t want Reyland to get the attention he so badly seeks and feels he deserves.
1. He insulted the interviews by Tara on her blog
2. He insulted Stephen’s new book
3. He insulted Roger and Jim’s licensing CD set. Yet he calls Roger his good friend.
4. He insulted Edison Nation

A couple of quotes from his blog:

“Attempting to get some sense of control over the myriad of charlatans who prey on the inventors by peddling everything from bright yellow books full of garbage, to CD sets and membership sites designed for the novice

“and for the record, don’t confuse an “interview” with an endorsement.

We did read another blog post last week where he really goes after Edison Nation, although he doesn't name them, for selling hope to inventors for $20.00. Rather sad considering Louis Foreman owns the company and is a very active part of the UIA USA. Is Reyland possibly so jealous from the success of others?

Another place in his recent post, Mark Reyland uses the term ‘real professionals’ in the industry YET the way he attacks inventors, people he’s ripped off, companies, ex friends, people he doesn’t know, anything and everything that does NOT involve him, we clearly see who is NOT the professional.
What a joke.
If you want to read the latest you wouldn't pay good money for
http://markreylandemail.blogspot.com/2011/10/control-freak-or-just-another-spoiled.html

If Reyland claims to speak for inventors, why don't inventors have a say in the process to choose who they want? Maybe the UIA USA is a  dictatorship.
What professional wants this kind of person speaking on their behalf?
For the record, all of the inventors we spoke to do NOT want Mark Reyland representing them!

With the hundreds of people who read this blog weekly, are any UIA board members willing to come forward, stand up for and back Mark Reyland? We promise to post your support if you do!

The UIA/USA PRESIDENT Warren Tuttle NEEDS TO WAKE UP . IT DIDN'T TAKE THE UIA/UK LONG TO OPEN THEIR EYES !

Simon Brown

In March 2011, the United Innovation Association UK (UIAUK) was invited by the United Inventors Association of America (UIAUSA) to work collaboratively under a Memorandum of Agreement(MOA).

We accepted, in the belief that such a partnership would benefit the members of both organisations. We agreed to use similar logos & names and to share resources whilst in all other respects to remain independent of one another.

We entered into the relationship with UIAUSA in good faith. However recent issues arising necessitated that we reconsider our position.

After careful consideration we have taken the decision to withdraw from the MOA with immediate effect and to have no further dealings with the UIAUSA.

As such this decision requires that we change our name and branding and all associated collateral such as URL and email addresses.

These changes will be completed within two weeks.

All services provided to all members and our support of them will remain unaffected.

If you have any questions please feel free to email me direct: simon.brown@uiauk.org

Regards

Simon Brown

CEO & Founder

Weeks back we wrote about Mark approaching inventors in the UK and we took this as an indication of him wanting to ‘branch out’. The above post does back our earlier thoughts. What Simon writes fits perfectly with Mark’s plans to mislead readers into thinking the UIA USA was growing globally and the UIA UK was part of the UIA USA.

Does he really want to take over the world with his side kick, inventor Roger Brown? We just couldn’t help the following youtube selection below.

The UIA UK cuts all association with the UIA USA & executive director, Mark Reyland

From THIS...

United Inventors Association of America

The UIAUK would like to formally acknowledge and thank the UIAUSA for all the support they have given us in forming the UIAUK

Although we are not directly linked to each other we consider ourselves to be 'sister, organisations, holding the same interests and beliefs in supporting the education of inventors.
The UIAUSA has allowed us to use it's resources and this has helped us in becoming the UK's leading inventor help organisation today.

Thank you to Mark Reyland and all
the team in the US - Your friends in the UK.

Subject: UIAUK

 Dear Mr Pater,
In respect of your recent comments regarding the United Innovation Association UK’s (UIAUK) alleged links to the United Inventors Association USA (UIAUSA) I wish to offer the following statement;

The UIAUK was formed in March 2011, and as we intended to use similar branding to the UIAUSA, a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the UIAUSA which allowed us to use such branding without any breach of Intellectual Property rights, was required.

The UIAUK and the UIAUSA do not have any formal or legal ties to each other, except for the above mentioned and are in no way related in any company formation, therefore your recent accusations regarding our being complicit with the UIAUSA or its Chief Executive, Mark Reyland, are unfounded and untrue.

However, in light of matters arising recently and new information received by the UIAUK we feel that we are no longer able to continue to bear any resemblance to the UIAUSA in name, branding or image and would like to make it clear that any association with the UIAUSA or Mark Reyland has ceased with immediate effect.

The UIAUK is, and always will be, a credible, honest and hardworking association supporting invention and innovation, new ideas and design and will not participate in any activities which might show us as being anything less than this.

Yours Sincerely

Simon Brown
Founder & CEO

UIAUK

Mark Reyland purposely leads readers to believe the UIA is growing by opening in the UK.  Why? Maybe he’s found it’s easier to gain platinum paying business members if they believe they’re part of a growing innovation organization and will gain business through their membership?

Now, I know this is going to come as a HUGE shock to you, but Elvis is really dead, and JFK was shot with only one bullet.
