Reyland Told To Keep His Mouth Shut?

Looks like John is looking for deleted posts from Mark. Mark appears like a spoiled child
begging for limits to be set for him. He appears to act out of anger and hurt people with his words and lies only to then demand his mess be cleaned up by others? Responsible adults do not act this way.

Ive been advised by legal counsel Today to tell you of the Florida statute 70.01 The defamation law. This is your public notice, I will Email you and Johnny of the same. This is a request to remove all defaming content.

Also I spoke to Warren Tuttle, he didn't post that UIA comment, But isn't that upset about it. I told him that our conversation would remain private, and I will honor it. Warren is a nice man and not at all what I expected. We talked at length and he listened to my complaint. Mark will not lose his position, but warren will be speaking to him soon and try to put an end to it all.

But I will say this He wants an end to all this, and I agree. The only complaint I have is Marks deception and lack of verifiable credentials And the support of DAVISON. Warren agrees that the UIA in no way wants to be involved with them, and doesn't necessarily have the same views as Mark in regards to them.

I can say what I requested, that is the removal of the false credentials and the removal of the stalking poster on the UIA blog of Troy Derek and Tania's photos. Marks personal problems have no place on the UIA blog, because they post nothing about Mark there. Also the removal of the Johnny Franklin Blog. Of course Mark claims no knowledge, but if its not removed with in the time frame allowed reflected in the Florida Statute 70.01, legal proceedings will begin with all involved with post, comments, of the Gizmo- Troy Robison of totalpatentsearch.com totalpatentsearchtroyrobison.blogspot.com/Cached .

I have obtained the funds to hire the attorney, he advised me to inform those involved of the Florida statute 70.01 first.

I'm not at all bluffing a relative is providing and paying for the attorney and all involved will have to face the consequences.

It's not logical for Mark to remain at the UIA USA,

We all hope Mark removes all the craziness he wrote to hurt people but at the same time, Warren Tuttle needs to take responsibility for who he put in this seat. Simply stating they do not agree with Reyland while allowing him to post as he likes is not responsible. Either they need to remove their code of ethics and allow the UIA to be run without claiming ethics, or they need to remove Mark Reyland to keep within their code of ethics.

We also suggest Mark may have been told to keep his mouth shut on the linkedin groups. Johnny seems quiet too!
We will happily remove all defaming statements about Reyland but the problem is all claims against him are truthful including his multiple accounts under different names, stealing IP from inventors, breaking contracts, claims of success, lies upon lies and so much more.
